- We are also having PLATE ROLLING MACHINE to roll Maximum 60mm thick wide of 3Mtrs with pre-punching facility.

For Welding utmost care has been taken in selecting processes, weld parameters and sequence to avoid distortion and repair. For assessing the quality we carryout Non-Destruction Testing like radiography, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant and magnetic particle inspection etc.
Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) shall be followed as per client requirement.
WPS, PQR, WPQ shall be followed as per ASME section IX, Indian Boiler regulation.
