1. Hassan Brothers Company was incorporated in 1982, the promoter Mr. T.K. Hassan to render construction services for a wide variety of projects involving mechanical / equipment erection works.

We have diversified divisions for production, procurement, quality control, packing and delivery. Each department is well furnished with latest and advance machines for faster production and timely delivery of products. Each department is well organized and controls by its individual managers fulfil their responsibility with ease. More to this, we are supported by experienced support engineers for regular checkups of machines to keep them up to date with latest market trends. We also offer fast and efficient transportation facilities which helps us to deliver products within the stipulated time.

We are also having hiring facility like Tyre Mounted Telescopic Hydraulic Mobile Cranes and Crawler Mounted Cranes, Fleets of Trucks, Light Commercial Vehicles and Forklift.

• M/s. Plasmaweld Process Equipment (P) Ltd., with an area of about 1.25 Acres of land with 125 HP of power.
• We are manufacturing facility to undertake Fabrication of Technological structure, Hopper, Gas Holders, Chimneys, Storage Tanks, Circular ducts, Gantry Girders, Columns etc., including Stainless Steel & Aluminum fabrication.
• We are also having PLATE ROLLING MACHINE to roll Maximum 60mm thick wide of 3Mtrs with pre-punching facility.

For Welding utmost care has been taken in selecting processes, weld parameters and sequence to avoid distortion and repair. For assessing the quality we carryout Non-Destruction Testing like radiography, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant and magnetic particle inspection etc.

Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) shall be followed as per client requirement.

WPS, PQR, WPQ shall be followed as per ASME section IX, Indian Boiler regulation.
